New York Knicks / Schedule

From being down by as many as 29 on Wednesday night, the Knicks are now one win away from securing their first NBA title since 1973, as the series shifts back to Texas

Game 5 is set for Saturday evening in the Frost Bank Center.

Jalen Brunson led the way for the Knicks with 36 points, while Anunoby contributed a playoff career-high 33 and the biggest shot in the franchise’s history.

Victor Wembanyama had 24 points and 13 rebounds in the losing effort, and rookie Dylan Harper contributed 21 points off the bench.

Stephon Castle’s two free throws put the Spurs up by a point with 30 seconds left. Brunson missed a short jumper on the next play, and De’Aaron Fox grabbed a long rebound with a chance to put his team up by three or more, but he missed a layup.

It subsequently led the Knicks to their biggest night, as Anunoby tipped in the missed 3-pointer by Brunson to win it for New York.

The entire basketball world went crazy over Anunoby’s heroics, the unreal comeback win of the Knicks, and the Spurs’ miserable choke job to finish Game 4.
