Vietnam-based Vingroup has launched its ride-hailing service Green SM in India. The Green SM Limo electric cab service has begun operations in Delhi-NCR.
Green SM will compete with ride-hailing platforms like Uber and Ola. The company plans to deploy around 10,000 EVs in Delhi-NCR alone. These will mostly include VinFast Limo Green MPVs.
The Limo Green electric MPVs are painted in an eye-catching cyan shade. They are said to be equipped with several onboard safety systems, including interior and exterior cameras, AI-assisted monitoring technology, and emergency assistance buttons.
Bookings can be made through a smartphone app or in operational zones. Customers can avail of introductory discounts of 50% or up to Rs 250 on rides booked through the app between June 5 and June 11, 2026.
