URBN Nano Zap: Specifications

URBN has expanded its power bank portfolio with the new NANO ZAP, a high-capacity portable charger designed for users who need reliable backup power without carrying a bulky battery pack.

The power bank houses a large 20,000mAh battery inside what the company calls a compact design that allows it to fit comfortably inside backpacks, laptop sleeves, handbags, and travel gear, making it suitable for professionals, students, frequent travellers, and content creators.

URBN says the power bank can recharge compatible smartphones up to three to four times while also providing enough power to charge laptops, tablets, wireless earbuds, smartwatches, handheld gaming devices, and other USB-powered gadgets. The larger capacity makes it particularly useful for long flights, business trips, outdoor adventures, or extended workdays away from a power outlet.

Charging speeds of the Nano Zap are set at 70W, allowing it to power everything from smartphones and tablets to compatible laptops. It supports popular charging standards including USB Power Delivery (PD), PPS, and Quick Charge (QC).

One of the more practical additions is the built-in detachable USB-C cable. Designed to reduce cable clutter, the integrated cable can be used both to charge connected devices and also to recharge the power bank itself. When detached, it also functions as a standalone 65W fast-charging cable and supports data transfer speeds of up to 480Mbps.

URBN has also focused on travel safety and reliability. The Nano Zap further features a flight-safe design and uses a BIS-certified battery, while a 12-layer protection system helps guard against issues such as overcharging, overheating, overcurrent, and short circuits.
