Gayle Wilson was 75 when she was found fatally shot inside her home in Carrollton, Missouri, on Wednesday last week, authorities said.

Dakota Sweeney, cousin of the Bravo reality TV star, lived with the victim and was booked on suspicion of first -degree murder and armed criminal action, according to an affidavit written by the Missouri Highway Patrol.

A person, identified as “Witness #1,” told investigators that Sweeney shot Wilson in the head after they had argued about the suspect “not assisting with chores around the residence,” according to the law enforcement report.

They had been seated on separate couches in the same room for 30 minutes before Sweeney, “without warning,” gunned down Wilson, the affidavit said.

The shooting happened a day before recording of the “Summer House” reunion that included Wilson. The much anticipated reunion has not aired yet, but will prominently feature the “Scamanda” scandal that involves Wilson.

Wilson’s father and the suspect’s mother are step children of Gayle Wilson.

The slain grandmother, who once worked as a blackjack dealer, enjoyed sewing and making stained glass, according to Lindley Funeral Homes.

Bravo, which handles publicity for Wilson, did not immediately respond to an NBC News request for comment on Wednesday. Bravo is owned by NBCUniversal, the parent company of NBC News.

It wasn’t immediately clear on Wednesday if Sweeney had hired an attorney or had a lawyer assigned to him by the court.
