How many shears to shear a Sheeran? Only one: he is a man, not a sheep. Ed Sheeran debuted his new look on Instagram on April 28, showing off his new hairstyle, or lack thereof. “Yes I’ve shaved my hair. I wanted to shave it to signify a fresh start. A lot of new beginnings in my life atm. I love it, thinking of keeping it this way,” he wrote in the caption. It looks good! But it begs the question: was he hiding this big secret by wearing a wig around town? Like how Billie Eilish hid her blonde hair by wearing a black wig with green roots? In the same post, Sheeran gave a few life updates, like recovering from shingles and what he’s been reading and watching, like Demon Cooperhead and Stranger Things. Maybe his new ‘do was inspired by Eleven. Shaving your head does look very freeing.
