Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

We’ve been waiting a long time for this one, but Nintendo just provided the release date for the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Mineru Construct amiibo. It’s slated for September 17, 2026.

The Mineru Construct amiibo has articulated arms that can be moved around. Nintendo says that it has “a fair bit of freedom to its movement”, allowing for different poses.

Those who scan the amiibo in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will receive items that can be helpful during the adventure. Players can even unlock a special fabric for Link’s paraglider that partly glows in the dark.

When we said the Mineru Construct amiibo was a long time coming, that’s because the figure was announced a little over a year ago. After the initial reveal, Nintendo didn’t provide any updates – until today.

A number of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom were previously released. These include figures for Link, Zelda, Ganondorf, Sidon, Yunobo, Riju, and Tulin.

On a related note, we have the rundown of all amiibo rewards and unlockables in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom right here.
