Zelda: Ocarina of Time Nintendo Switch 2 remake was one of the most popular titles of Summer Game Fest 2026, according to data

Based on new data from LevelUp, it looks like the recently-announced remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was one of the most popular titles from Summer Game Fest 2026.

LevelUp published a list of the best-performing games of the event. This is based on the most covered, watched, and discussed titles. Results are based on announcements between June 1 and June 11. Nintendo Direct is technically its own thing, but is still considered a part of the overall Summer Game Fest celebration.

The entirety of Summer Game Fest was jam-packed with all sorts of gaming announcements. To close things out, Nintendo held a Direct on Tuesday.

The Ocarina of Time remake came in second for LevelUp’s list of the top ten performing games. If you’re wondering what was #1, that goes to God of War: Laufey. Resident Evil Veronica came in third and we also see Kingdom Hearts 4 in the top ten.

Below are the full results:

LevelUp tracks VOD views, streaming performance, press coverage, creators and community sentiment in one place. Apparently, it’s “trusted by the world’s leading game publishers”.

What might be most impressive here is how high Ocarina of Time is on the list given how little we’ve seen of the game. Just a brief teaser was shown during the Nintendo Direct.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is heading to Nintendo Switch 2 later in 2026. Watch the first trailer here.
