Varalaxmi Lands in Fresh Controversy in Tollywood

Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is one of the Tamil actors who rose to fame in Telugu. With a series of interesting roles, she became popular among the Telugu audiences where families also embraced her with open arms.

However, she is the center of a new controversy in Tollywood. During the press meet of an upcoming Telugu film Police Complaint, the director complained that Varalakshmi is not extending her cooperation.

The director alleged that the actress gined up for a remuneration of 75 lakh rupees with her staff expenses covering upto 50K per day. She also signed up for attending promotional events but has given 40 minutes only.

The director claims that she skipped the promotions and is non-cooperative. He also told that the film’s dubbing was delayed because of the actor who intentionally avoided in the pretext of completing her directorial.

Varalakshmi has also attracted a controversy during the promotions of her directorial S Saraswathi. Sai Madhav Burra reportedly provided the story of the film and he openly tweeted that the team raped his story by making changes and spoiling it totally.

Later, Varalakshmi defended herself and tried to put an end to the issue without dragging it further. The issue then garnered quite some attention from everyone.

For an actress like Varalaxmi, the image check is very important and she should completely avoid attracting contriversies to keep her image clean. One or the other, the issues will only end up bringing bad reputation to the actress. The sooner she clarifies these controversies, the better it will be.
