- To share its platform with the Renault Triber
- Launch scheduled for January 2026
Nissan India is gearing up for a strong comeback with an aggressive product offensive planned for 2026. Alongside models such as the much-anticipated Hyundai Creta rival, the Nissan Tekton, the carmaker is also set to introduce a Renault Triber-based MPV, called the Gravite.
The new sub-compact MPV is expected to go on sale in India in January 2026, with deliveries likely to commence shortly thereafter. Recently, Nissan teased the model at its name-reveal event, and based on those visuals, we have created a rendering of how the Gravite could look.
As seen in the render, the Nissan Gravite will follow a design language similar to its Renault sibling, with a clean and contemporary appearance. The side profile is expected to be largely identical to the Triber, save for a new set of alloy wheels with a distinct design.
That said, the Gravite’s front end appears significantly bolder, featuring a wider grille, inverted L-shaped DRLs flanking the fascia, and chunky silver inserts on the bumper, all of which lend the MPV a more aggressive stance.

At the rear, the Gravite will get prominent Gravite badging below the Nissan logo. Chunky silver elements are also expected on the rear bumper, mirroring the treatment at the front to enhance visual width. The tail-lamps appear sleeker and more refined, with a connected look achieved through a slim silver strip running across the tailgate.
