JSW Steel | The company has formed a ₹15,750 crore joint venture with Japan’s JFE Steel, transferring Bhushan Power & Steel’s Odisha integrated steel facility into a 50:50 partnership, confirming an earlier CNBC-TV18 report. JFE will invest 270 billion yen (₹15,750 crore) in the JV, which aims to expand crude steel capacity to 10 million tonnes by 2030, with adequate land already available for the upgrade.

ONGC and Petronet LNG (PLL) have signed a 15-year term sheet for ethane unloading, storage and handling services, set to begin between October–December 2028. ONGC will reserve 600 KTPA capacity at PLL’s upcoming ethane facilities in Dahej. PLL will receive, store and redeliver imported ethane under the pact. The project includes a 170,000 m³ ethane tank and a new multi-cargo jetty, with PLL expecting about ₹5,000 crore in gross revenue over the contract period.

JK Cement | The company has commissioned its 3.3 MnTPA Clinker Line-2 at the Panna plant in Bihar, doubling the unit’s clinker capacity from 3.30 MnTPA to 6.60 MnTPA.
The company has also acquired a 12.21% equity stake in O2 Renewable Energy for ₹5.2 crore.

The contract is for the supply of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery energy storage systems and related equipment. The order, placed by a domestic client, will be supplied on a DAP delivery basis as per the purchase order.

The contract involves designing, developing and implementing the Regional Information System for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and the Urban Observatory at MMRDA, Mumbai. The project, awarded by a domestic entity, will be executed until December 28, 2027.

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd | RVNL said it has received a ₹145.35-crore Letter of Acceptance from Southern Railway for a traction power project. The contract includes design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Scott-connected traction substations, power quality systems, switching posts, a 2×25 kV feeding system, and SCADA and automatic fault locator systems in the Jolarpettai–Salem section. The project supports Indian Railways’ Mission 3000 MT freight-loading target.

Revenue rose 17.8% to ₹650 crore, driven by issuing, affordability and online payments. EBITDA jumped to ₹75.3 crore from ₹32.2 crore, with margins improving to 11.6% from 5.8% a year ago.

Nectar Lifesciences Ltd | The pharma company announced an ₹81-crore share buyback, approved by its board on December 3, 2025. The company will repurchase three crore equity shares at ₹27 each through the tender offer route, representing up to 13.38% of its paid-up capital. The buyback, within the 10% limit of total capital and free reserves, will be open to all eligible shareholders excluding promoters, who have opted out of participating.
