GQG Partners sold nearly a 1% stake in JSW Energy for ₹677 crore via a block deal, offloading 1.5 crore shares at an average ₹444 each. The US-based investor now holds about 1.8% in the company as of September 2025.
Godrej Agrovet Ltd | The agri-business firm said the Godrej Industries Group will invest over ₹10,000 crore in Telangana across its businesses. As part of this, subsidiary Creamline Dairy Products (Godrej Jersey) signed an MoU at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 to invest ₹150 crore in a new 40-acre dairy processing facility.
Zydus Lifesciences Ltd | The company said its UAE subsidiary has signed an exclusive licensing and supply partnership with Formycon AG for FYB206, a biosimilar of Keytruda, in the US and Canada. Formycon will develop and manufacture the product, while Zydus will oversee commercialisation in both markets.

HUDCO | The company said its Bond Allotment Committee will meet on December 12 to approve the issuance and allotment of unsecured, taxable, redeemable NCDs worth up to ₹2,500 crore on a private placement basis.
IRB Infra | IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd and its sponsored InvITs reported a 16% YoY jump in aggregate toll revenue for November 2025, with collections rising to ₹716 crore from ₹618 crore a year earlier. Deputy CEO Amitabh Murarka said toll growth strengthened to 16% in November, up from 9% in October, reflecting continued momentum.
GPT Infraprojects | The company has emerged as the lowest bidder for a ₹199.17 crore North Eastern Railway contract to build substructures and fabricate superstructures for two major bridges over the Rapti river. The project includes Bridge Nos. 247 and 287, both 10×61 metres with double D-type well foundations and designed for double-line traffic with 25-tonne axle loading.
Highway Infrastructure Ltd | The company said it has received a ₹328.78 crore LoA from NHAI to operate and collect tolls at the Kaza Fee Plaza on NH-16’s Chilakaluripet–Vijayawada section. The contract covers tolling across an 82.5-km high-traffic stretch connecting northern Andhra Pradesh to major industrial and port hubs further south.
