We’re just a day away from the launch of the Sony Xperia 1 VIII, and the leaks keep coming in. The latest additions are official-looking renders of the device in its three launch colorways shared by Roland Quandt.
The Mark 8 will be available in Graphite Black, Ionite Silver, and Garnet Red colors at launch, with a Gold variant rumored to join them as an exclusive option.

The design is in line with the previously leaked CAD-based renders featuring a major redesign of the camera island with three sensors. Per the most recent rumors, Sony is bringing 16mm ultrawide, 24mm main and 70mm telephoto sensors. The telephoto is allegedly between 1/3.0-inch and 1/2.0-inch in size.
Apart from the redesigned back, Sony is staying true to its heritage with a tall and narrow 6.5-inch OLED screen with the usual top and bottom bezels. The phone is also retaining its 3.5mm headphone jack as previously confirmed by FCC listings.
Sony’s top-tier flagship is expected to start upwards of €1,800 in Germany and £1,700 in the UK but those prices allegedly feature bundled WH-1000XM6 headphones. We’ll get confirmation on the actual retail price tomorrow. First shipments are expected around June 26.
