Rohit Sharma and Rishabh Pant share a heartfelt eyelash wish moment during the India vs South Africa 2nd ODI in Raipur.

Star Indian cricketers Rohit Sharma and Rishabh Pant were involved in a cute moment during the mid-innings break of the second ODI against South Africa in Raipur, which India eventually lost by four wickets despite twin hundreds from Ruturaj Gaikwad and Virat Kohli.
During India’s second innings, Rohit was fielding near the boundary in front of the dugout when Pant, sitting inside, noticed his fallen eyelash. The latter picked it up, placed it on Rohit’s wrist and told him to make a wish.
Rohit then blew the eyelash off his wrist and made a wish, with both cricketers looking up at the sky afterwards. It was a heartfelt, tender moment shared between the two during the game.

Pant was part of the team but did not feature in the playing XI for the second ODI. He sat out the first game as well, with stand-in skipper KL Rahul keeping wickets.
Rohit continued his outstanding form from the Australia ODIs into the Ranchi opener against South Africa, blasting a quick and composed 57 off 51 deliveries, including three sixes, at a strike rate of 111.76.
Rohit struggled to convert his good start into a big score in the second ODI. Although he looked in touch early, he managed just 14 runs off eight deliveries, smacking three boundaries at a strike rate of 175.
Rohit started the fifth over aggressively, smacking three successive boundaries off Nandre Burger. However, the latter struck back, dismissing Rohit on the very next ball.
Rohit edged a ball to Quinton de Kock, who held on for the catch. The on-field umpire ruled him not out, but South Africa’s review overturned the decision.
