Robert Irwin apparently has a new leading lady in his life.
More than two years after his split from Rorie Buckey, the 22-year-old is reportedly dating wildlife photographer Ashleigh Scully, a source revealed to Us Weekly.
Rumours of a romance first ignited earlier this year when the two were spotted together in March.
Ashleigh, who is from New Jersey and has been friends with Robert for years, was photographed hopping out of his car in Australia and arriving on set for Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro, which is a spin-off show he’s hosting.
In photos, Robert looked lovingly at Ashleigh, who was all smiles, wearing glasses, a black tank top, and a jacket.
The Us Weekly source claimed Ashleigh had been “traveling all over” with Robert for months.

Earlier this year, fans noticed the two together in a photo posted by Dancing With The Stars performer Dylan Efron.
Robert, Dylan and Ashleigh were with a group who had gone deep-sea diving and posed for a photo in wetsuits.

What do we know about Ashleigh Scully?
She’s a wildlife photographer, which means she shares one of Robert’s biggest passions outside of working at Australia Zoo.
In addition to dancing and being a conservationist, Robert has been fine-tuning his photography skills and shared many of his snaps on social media.
By comparison, Ashleigh has been doing it a lot longer.
She claimed she’s been photographing since she was just 8 years old, and a lot of her content is from Jersey, Wyoming, Alaska, Norway and the oceans in between.

In a post on social media last year, she said one of her biggest focuses has been on Arctic wildlife.
She was also a Division 1 athlete for five years, and has a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts in literature.
Ashleigh wrote her Master’s thesis on the 19th-century oil and whaling empire, specifically within the North Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic Oceans.
What was Robert Irwin’s last relationship?
In 2024, Robert and now ex-girlfriend Rorie shared a joint statement announcing they had parted ways after being together for over a year.
“We wanted to share that we have decided to go our separate ways but profoundly appreciate all of the time spent together and wish one another all the very best into the future,” they wrote.
“We wish to express the gratitude and respect we have for one another as we continue our journeys on different paths.
Robert and Rorie split up in 2024 and said the break up was amicable.

Robert and Rorie, who is the niece of the late Heath Ledger, were first spotted together enjoying a beach-side date in November 2022.
They went public with their relationship in July last year at the Sydney premiere of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, and made their romance ‘Instagram official’ in August.
