Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been vocal about wanting to keep their children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, largely out of the spotlight since stepping away from their working royal roles—but to celebrate International Women’s Day, the Duchess of Sussex has just posted a rare shot of Lilbet on social media.
While the Princess’ face is obscured, as is custom form from Meghan and Harry when sharing family snaps, it’s clear to see she suddenly looks quite the grown-up, cuddling up to her mom on the beach.
The Instagram post from Meghan also revealed the sweet nickname she uses for Harry, as she gave photography credits to “Papa Sussex.”
Three weeks earlier, the Duchess also offered up an intimate family photo where more of Lilibet’s face is visible.
For Valentine’s Day, Meghan shared an adorable image of Harry hugging his daughter with the caption, “These two + Archie = my forever Valentines.”
For Lili’s fourth birthday back in June last year, Meghan also posted a tribute to her daughter (another photo of them cuddling with her face partially obscured): “Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives—and each day is brighter and better because of it.
“Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!”
It’s hard to believe just how grown up Lilibet has gotten over the last few months!
