To that end, the handset features one prime core, three performance cores, three energy-efficient cores and a Mali-G720 MP8 GPU. The Poco X8 Pro matches what we have come to expect from the Dimensity 8500, too. Consequently, the Poco X8 Pro achieves around 7% faster single-core performance than its predecessor. At the same time, the device only matches the multi-core performance of last year’s Poco X7 Pro.
As the screenshots below show, Xiaomi equips the Poco X8 Pro with 12 GB of RAM and Android 16 out of the box. Reportedly, this variant will retail for €479 (~$569) with 512 GB of storage. The Poco X8 Pro should start with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for €399 (~$475), though. Exactly when the Poco X8 Pro will launch globally remains unclear at this stage.
