The company is anticipated to reveal the complete features, cost, and availability of the new smartphones during the online launch event, which is scheduled for 5:30 pm IST, according to Gadgets 360.
Although Poco has not formally revealed the specifications, the Poco X8 Pro may reportedly be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset, while the Pro Max edition might be powered by the more potent Dimensity 9500s processor.
Additionally, the gadgets are expected to include a flat frame design, dual rear cameras, and an OLED display with a high refresh rate. Teasers hinted at a vertical camera arrangement with two distinct cutouts on the back panel. It is expected that both smartphones will be available in black, white, and green colours.
The Poco X8 Pro is likely to have a 50-megapixel dual rear camera and a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display, while the Poco X8 Pro Max is expected to possess a larger 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display.
Another significant feature of the upcoming smartphones is its battery performance. According to leaks, the Poco X8 Pro might have a 7,560mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging, while the Poco X8 Pro Max is expected to pack a bigger 8,500mAh battery.

While the company has not yet disclosed official pricing, the Poco X8 Pro Max is reported to start at EUR 529 (approximately ₹ 57,000) for the 12GB+256GB edition and EUR 579 (about ₹ 62,000) for the 12GB+512GB model.
Meanwhile, the 8GB+256GB version of the Poco X8 Pro might begin at EUR 399, or about ₹ 43,000. The more expensive 12GB+512GB model is expected to cost EUR 479, or around ₹ 51,000.
According to industry figures, the Poco X8 Pro may make its worldwide debut as a rebranded Redmi Turbo 5, a smartphone with comparable hardware that was previously released in China.
The Poco X8 Pro series, which will replace the X7 lineup, is expected to focus on performance-oriented features targeted at gamers and people who multitask a lot.
