The brand’s first teaser remains deliberately cryptic, staying true to Nothing’s design language.
Nothing has officially begun teasing its upcoming Phone (4a) series. The mid-range lineup is expected to include two models, the Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro, and will carry added importance this year, as the company has confirmed it will not launch a flagship Phone (4) in 2026.
With no top-tier model in the pipeline, Nothing has indicated that the Phone (4a) series will deliver meaningful upgrades and aim closer to a flagship-like experience than its predecessor.
New colours teased
The brand’s first teaser remains deliberately cryptic, staying true to Nothing’s design language. However, it prominently features five colours, black, white, yellow, blue, and pink, strongly suggesting these will be the colour options for the new lineup.

While black and white were already available on the Phone (3a) series, yellow and pink appear to be new additions, pointing to a broader and more playful colour palette. This aligns with an earlier leak that claimed the Phone (4a) would debut in a pink variant.

Expected upgrades
Beyond fresh colours, the Phone (4a) series is tipped to bring several hardware upgrades. These include a new design, a slightly larger battery, and Snapdragon 7s-series chipsets. One key improvement has already been confirmed by the company: UFS 3.1 storage, marking a notable jump in performance over the previous generation. Along with the hardware upgrades, the Phone (4a) series is also expected to arrive at higher price points.
