Old Video With Natasa Stankovic Goes Viral
Amid the ongoing frenzy, an old video of Palaash Muchhal and actress Natasa Stankovic has resurfaced on social media, rapidly gaining traction. Natasa, who was previously married to cricketer Hardik Pandya, is seen sitting beside Palaash in a car, vibing to Badshah’s hit track DJ Wale Babu. The two are also seen lip-syncing the line “Duniya Rakhun Jute Ke Neeche, Tu Kahe Toh Ban Jaun DJ,” sparking a wave of reactions from netizens.
The clip, originally shared years ago, has now resurfaced at a time when Palaash’s postponed wedding to Smriti Mandhana is already making headlines, intensifying the online chatter.
Adding to the buzz, old photographs of Palaash with his former girlfriend have also gone viral. One picture shows him kneeling in an elaborate proposal setup, prompting speculation that the musician may have been engaged before his relationship with Smriti began. However, these claims remain unverified, and News18 cannot authenticate the images circulating on social media.
Fans Notice Smriti Deletes Engagement Video
Following the announcement of the postponed wedding, fans observed that Smriti had quietly deleted her engagement announcement video from Instagram. The viral reel featured teammates Jemimah Rodrigues, Shreyanka Patil, Radha Yadav and Arundhati Reddy dancing alongside her, ending with a subtle reveal of her engagement ring.
It is now being alleged that Smriti’s teammates have also removed the video from their respective profiles, further fuelling speculation online. Neither Smriti nor Palaash has addressed the rumours.
One user wrote on X, “This is not something you delete unless something big has happened.” Another commented, “She deserves peace, not this heartbreak.”
Reports state that Smriti’s father, Shrinivas Mandhana, experienced heart attack–like symptoms on the morning of the ceremony and was rushed to Sarvhit Hospital and Medical Research Centre in Sangli. The medical emergency immediately halted all preparations.
Palaash, who is said to share a close bond with Smriti’s father, was also emotionally affected. His mother told Hindustan Times that he broke down after hearing the news. “He cried so much that his health suddenly deteriorated… They kept him in the hospital for four hours… but he is under a lot of stress,” she shared.
