Maruti Invicto Facelift – What To Expect?

Currently, the Invicto is offered as a hybrid-only. But to reduce costs, Maruti could also introduce lower variants for the Invicto. Moreover, the top trim misses out on many features when compared to the Innova Hycross top trim. This could change with the facelift.

With the Invicto facelift, will receive minor aesthetic updates to keep things fresh. These changes could include a revised front grille, larger 19-inch alloys, slight tweaks to the bumpers, and new colour options.

With the facelift, you could get features like –

  • A larger infotainment screen (currently uses a 10.1-inch unit)
  • Panoramic sunroof
  • Level-2 ADAS
  • 360-degree camera
  • JBL speaker system
  • Ottoman rear seats
  • Ventilated front and rear seats
  • Wirelesss charging
  • 6-airbags

The Invicto is one of the most practical 7-seaters on the market, but with the facelift, Maruti could try to improve cabin space.

Maruti Invicto Facelift – Powertrain

Currently, it is offered with a 2.0-litre petrol-hybrid powertrain as standard. You also get the e-CVT gearbox transmission as standard. But if Maruti introduces lower trims, we could see it offered with a 2.0-litre NA petrol engine, with a CVT and a 6-speed MT gearbox as options.

Rivals

It has two main rivals – the Innova Hycross and Innova Crysta. But when we look at its pricing, it also competes with other SUVs like the XUV7XO, Tata Safari and the Jeep Meridian.

Maruti Invicto Facelift – Expected Pricing & Launch

The Invicto is currently priced between Rs 30 and Rs 34 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). But with lower and higher variants being added, this range could widen. Expect the Invicto facelift range to start from around Rs 25 lakh, and the higher variants could touch Rs 36 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

At the moment, Maruti has other important projects, like its in-house hybrid and flex-fuel technologies, to tend to. This means it will be quite some time before we see the Invicto facelift. We expect it to launch by early to mid-2028.
