Manchester United are in the market for a new winger and Ajax prospect Mika Godts is one name that has been mentioned.
Last month, interim head coach Michael Carrick did not hide the fact that Manchester United want a new left winger in the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to TribalFootball, United have made contact with Ajax to discuss a potential move for 20-year-old Mika Godts.
As transfer speculation builds, Godts is showing that the interest is not affecting his performances.

Mika Godts scores wonder goal amid Man Utd interest
Godts was in action for Ajax on Saturday as the Dutch giants secured a 2-0 win over NEC in Eredivisie.
Godts scored the second goal for Ajax, and he did it in style by dribbling round several defenders before also taking the ball past the goalkeeper.
Shared by Eurofoot on X, Godts’ goal was described as “incredible” and it showcased his technical ability and dribbling at speed.
There should be no questions about Godts’ composure in front of goal, especially when you look at his scoring record in 2025/26.

How has Mika Godts performed for Ajax in 2025/26?
United have had mixed success signing Ajax players, and there will still be bruises from the extortionate £86 million deal to sign Antony.
But in what has been an underwhelming campaign for Ajax, Godts has been their standout performer.
In 29 Eredivisie appearances this season, he has scored 16 goals and provided 11 assists.

It means that Godts sits second in the Eredivisie top scorers list this season despite playing as a left winger. Only Feyenoord’s Ayase Ueda has scored more in the Netherlands.
He is also second on the list of top assists in the Eredivisie this season, showing Godts is not only an elite goalscorer, but also an elite creator.
