B-town star Katrina Kaif celebrated her very first Mother’s Day this week. On March 10, 2026, she offered her fans a rare glimpse into her life as a mother. While Katrina and her husband, Vicky Kaushal, have always kept their private lives under wraps, the actress took to Instagram to share the joy of her new mama era with her baby boy Vihaan.

Katrina Kaif shared a series of ‘Mama’s pov’ photos that instantly went viral. One standout image featured a stunning bouquet of soft pink roses accompanied by a handwritten card from Vicky Kaushal. The note, signed by both the actor and their son, read, “Happy 1st Mother’s Day my love! Love, Vihaan and Papa Kaushal.”
Another snap showed a tender moment with baby Vihaan Kaushal, capturing his tiny hands reaching for a baby book. Captioning the images, the Tiger 3 actress wrote, “a happy Mama’s pov.”

The post was met with a flood of love from the industry, with Kareena Kapoor Khan leading the cheers. In the comments section, the Jaane Jaan actress wrote, “Kat,” followed by a rainbow and multiple red heart emojis. She was joined by Shweta Bachchan, Shibani Akhtar, Sagarika Ghatge, singer Harshdeep Kaur, filmmaker Shilpaa Srivastava, and many others.

Katrina and Vicky, who tied the knot in a fairytale ceremony in Rajasthan in December 2021, welcomed their son on November 7, 2025. True to their private nature, Katrina’s pregnancy was largely kept out of the spotlight until September 2025, when they confirmed the news with a beautiful maternity shoot. They officially introduced their “ray of light” to the world in January 2026.
Vicky earlier opened up about fatherhood, jokingly admitting he has become “better at changing diapers than acting.” On the work front, Katrina’s fans are eagerly waiting for updates on the female-led road trip film, Jee Le Zaraa, co-starring Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
