Jessie J Seemingly Blasts Ex Channing Tatum as a ‘Beast’ in New Breakup Song: ‘Karma Is Gonna Come’

Jessie J is seemingly letting the world know how she really feels about ex Channing Tatum five years after their breakup.

The British pop star, 37, unveiled a fiery new track titled “Threw It Away” from her upcoming album Don’t Tease Me With a Good Time at a recent listening party in London, per The U.S. Sun, telling the crowd it was written in 2020.

“You can figure out who I was dating,” she teased.

In the song, Jessie blasts a former partner as a “beast,” singing about a romance that turned “uncomfortable” after she “put [her] heart on the table.”

She continues to belt, “Karma is gonna come one day, ’cause I gave you my love and you threw it away,” and also snarling, “Don’t you dare rewrite the story — I’m the beauty, you’re the beast.”

Though Jessie didn’t mention Tatum by name, 2020 is the same year she briefly reunited with the Magic Mike star.

The “Domino” singer and Tatum, 45, dated on and off between 2018 and 2020 and reportedly ended things amicably.

Jessie later moved on with basketball pro Chanan Colman, welcoming a baby boy in 2022. Tatum, meanwhile, has since been linked to Zoë Kravitz and model Inka Williams.
