Lopez performed her final Up All Night show on March 28, wrapping up a residency that began on December 30. Reflecting on the experience, she called it her “happy era,” writing, “Last show tonight. Full heart. To my band, my crew, my dancers, my background vocalists, and every single fan who was part of the most incredible Happy Era, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. The best is yet to come.”
This chapter comes after a deeply personal period for Lopez following her divorce from Ben Affleck. In an interview on Good Morning America’s Nightline, she opened up about stepping back from work to focus on healing.
“I had to stop everything, and I took a year off. I canceled tours,” she said, referring to the May 2024 cancellation of her This Is Me… Live tour. “I just decided to be home and sit in what had happened without running away from it through work, through another person, through anything—just sit.”

She added that being present for her twins, Max and Emme—whom she shares with Marc Anthony—became her top priority. “I needed to be home with my kids,” she said, noting that the teens came first during that time.
Reflecting on the experience, the 56-year-old shared that it pushed her to look inward. “I was just at a point where I was like, ‘What is going on with you?’ Because I couldn’t blame anybody else… and so I really wanted to figure myself out.”
J.Lo and Ben finalized their divorce in January 2025, just two years after their 2022 wedding celebrations in Las Vegas and Georgia. Lopez filed without legal representation, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
She later described the divorce as the “best thing” that ever happened to her, saying it pushed her toward deeper personal growth and self-awareness.
