Isak was absent against Manchester United last weekend due to a minor injury, while Mamardashvili has not featured since sustaining a leg wound in the Merseyside derby last month.
But both are back in contention to face the Blues in the Premier League at Anfield.
“Alex trains with us again,” said head coach Arne Slot at his pre-match press conference today. “Only yesterday for the first time. So that’s a positive.
“Yesterday he did parts of it, so hopefully he can do parts – or everything – today and let’s then see how much we’re going to use him tomorrow.
“Giorgi will train with us today for the first time so let’s see how he’s going to react.”
Alisson Becker and Mohamed Salah have not yet resumed sessions with the team, however, and are unavailable.
“Alisson not yet, doesn’t train with us yet but very close to,” said Slot.
“Mo [has] also not trained with us yet but is also, like Ali, getting very, very, very close to training with us.”
