It’s time to reflect back on your year through LinkedIn. The platform has launched its recent annual tradition of serving up your top career highlights, including completed courses, new connections you made, and the skills you gained this year.
Your 2025 LinkedIn recap comes in a colorful, animated slide format, similar to the annual Spotify Wrapped. Your highlights will be personal to you, meaning users may receive data from different categories.
The platform is rolling out the feature in waves, depending on location and activity levels. If you haven’t seen yours yet, it’s coming.
Here’s how you can access your LinkedIn Year In Review, a recap of 2025 connections, engagement, and career milestones:
Open the LinkedIn App
The first thing to know is that it’s most often appearing on LinkedIn’s app, rather than the desktop version. So opening the app is where you should start.
Make sure it’s updated, and then tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen. You should see a banner that says “Your 2025 Year in Review” or “Your LinkedIn Recap.”
(Again, if you don’t, you may have to wait a little bit longer for the feature to reach you.)
The extended deadline for the 2026 Inc. Regionals Awards is Friday, December 19, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Apply now.
