One of the biggest upgrades to GeForce Now this week is one for Ultimate members. RTX 5080-class performance is now available for the entire Ready-to-Play library, minus a few exceptions. Either way, it’s at least a couple thousand games enjoying a performance buff. Before this update, RTX 5080 servers were limited to a select number of titles.

The Install-to-Play library will remain limited to RTX 4080 servers, unless specified otherwise. As part of this week’s update, Nvidia has highlighted six new titles arriving on the service before the end of April. In May, a further sixteen have already been revealed, including upcoming AAA releases such as Forza Horizon 6 and 007 First Light on day one.

Upgraded RTX 5080 support and new games throughout the month

With nearly every Ready-to-Play title now powered by the RTX 5080, those with an Ultimate subscription enjoy support up to 5K at 120 FPS or 1080p at 360 FPS. DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation and Nvidia Reflex support are also available with the RTX 50 series GPU. If you’re wondering if a particular game is part of Nvidia’s Ready-to-Play library, you can do so here.

In addition to all the games above, Nvidia will also be adding “a slate” of Firaxis strategy games to its Install-to-Play library. Firaxis Games is also celebrating its 30th anniversary this year with a Steam sale. The studio is best known for its Sid Meier’s Civilization and XCOM series of games.
