FLASH: SolaX Power signs the 2026 Sales Cooperation Agreement with Raystech Group
On January 25th, SolaX Power announced that the company has signed the “2026 Sales Cooperation Agreement” with Raystech Group Pty Ltd, covering the entire region of Australia. Party B (Raystech Group) commits that the cumulative shipments/purchases of the cooperation products for the year 2026 will total no less than 1 GWh based on product capacity.
This agreement is a framework agreement and does not involve specific monetary amounts. Its impact on the company’s 2024 operating performance and future growth remains uncertain.
