Dead by Daylight is turning 10 years old this year. To furnish the upcoming in-person anniversary event, developer Behaviour Interactive partnered with DXRacer to produce a batch of custom Craft Series gaming chairs. However, unlike most hardware collaborations tied to gaming milestones, these chairs are strictly for the event venue and will not be sold to the public.
The multiplayer horror game has been running since 2016. To mark the decade, Behaviour Interactive is hosting an anniversary party on June 14, 2026, at the Port of Montreal. The schedule includes the usual mix of developer panels, gaming stations, and a broadcast. DXRacer is acting as the official hardware sponsor, meaning the developers, content creators, and attendees will be sitting in these specific branded chairs throughout the day.
The hardware itself is a modified version of DXRacer’s existing Craft Series. The standard Craft line is a fairly typical premium gaming chair, featuring built-in lumbar support, a flat seat base, and standard adjustable armrests. For this specific batch, DXRacer applied a custom Dead by Daylight colorway and branding. If you go to DXRacer’s website, you can actually see the listing for the chair, complete with a $0.00 price tag and a permanent Out of Stock label, as these are exclusively meant for the offline celebration.
Usually, when a peripheral company partners with a game studio, the end goal is to sell a limited-edition product to players. In this case, the collaboration is functioning more as a practical demonstration of DXRacer’s B2B custom chair service.
If you are looking for a DXRacer seat you can actually buy, we recently reviewed both the DXRacer Martian Gaming Chair and the DXRacer Martian Pro Gaming Chair, which you can check out as well.
