According to reports, Netflix has stepped in to stream the film internationally from May 14th. However, Indian audiences may have to wait a little longer as the film is expected to release later on JioHotstar. The streaming giant, which holds the domestic rights of the film, has not released any official statement regarding the film’s digital premiere. The platform’s silence has left the Indian audience confused, as many of them thought there would be a unified global premiere. However, reports of two platforms streaming the blockbuster film domestically and internationally have turned it into a split platform strategy.
