One Chelsea player has not been at the club for long, but he could already be on his way out of Stamford Bridge.
Last summer, Chelsea made several signings, bringing in the likes of Liam Delap, Alejandro Garnacho and Jamie Gittens.
Unfortunately, it has not really worked out for the trio. Delap has failed in front of goal, Garnacho has been inconsistent and Gittens has struggled with a hamstring injury.

Ipswich Town want to re-sign Liam Delap
There are now rumours that both Delap and Garnacho could leave Chelsea this summer despite only arriving at the club last year.
The former is thought to be attracting interest from his previous employers Ipswich Town, who sold him to Chelsea following their relegation to the Championship.
Ipswich are in a strong position to win automatic promotion back to the Premier League, and if Kieran McKenna’s side earn it, it looks as though Delap will become a key target for them.

Journalist Simon Phillips has claimed on Si Phillips Talks Chelsea that Ipswich want to “bring him home” and have already made contact with his agents about a potential transfer to the Blues.
As for his teammate, Garnacho could be sold and replaced by Nico Williams, who is one left winger said to be on Chelsea’s radar.
Liam Delap’s goalless run continues
Delap could do with a fresh start. Simply put, his move to Chelsea has not worked out.
He played just one minute of Chelsea’s FA Cup semi-final triumph over Leeds United on Sunday, meaning that he did not have enough time to score.
His last goal came at the start of January, with the striker netting in a 2-1 loss to Fulham. In total, Delap has scored just twice in 37 games.
Most of his appearances have been from off the bench, but it is still a hugely concerning record. If there is a chance to join Ipswich or another side this summer, the England Under-21 international should take it.
