Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan’s daughter, Everly, is officially a teenager! On May 31, Dewan celebrated her daughter’s 13th birthday with a sweet Instagram tribute, which featured a multitude of photos.
In the cover image, Dewan and her eldest child were all smiles as they posed on the beach. Everly stood taller than her mom, who’s 5 feet, 2 inches tall. The teen also towered over Dewan in a separate clip, where she wrapped her arms around her mom as they puckered up for the camera. Several additional photos showed Everly throughout her childhood.

“To my Evie,” Dewan’s Instagram caption began. “13 🤯 I keep staring at that number wondering how it’s possible.”
“It feels like yesterday I was rocking you to sleep, and somehow now I’m looking at this incredible young woman standing in front of me. What I love most about you isn’t what you’ve accomplished, how talented you are, or even how creative and brilliant you are…It’s who you are when no one is watching,” she added.
Dewan, 45, wrote that empathy is one of her daughter’s “greatest gifts,” also recognizing Everly’s “imagination, humor, and unique magic.”

“Thank you for making me a mom. Thank you for finding me again in this life and bringing your light into this family. You are my soul. Thank you for being my bestie,” the mother-of-three concluded.
Dewan and Tatum were married from 2009 to 2019, with Everly being their only child. The actress and dancer has since welcomed two more children with her fiancé, Steve Kazee.

In April, Tatum posted his own Instagram carousel featuring Everly. He documented their day at a Renaissance fair, where his daughter opted for an on-theme corset dress featuring a damask print.
“Literally every single person at the Renaissance fair is a hero in this world. If we could all just be like this. Carry swords around and be so unbelievably kind to each other,” the Step Up star wrote.
