The Pokémon Championship Series is cooling off for the summer, but there’s still fun to be had while waiting for the 2027 season to begin! To celebrate Play! Pokémon and help Trainers prepare for the upcoming competitive season, Pokémon Trading Card Game Live is offering some fun rewards, new experiences, and exciting updates.
From June 17 to July 2, 2026, players can log in to Pokémon TCG Live to receive Play! Pokémon–themed rewards, including in-game deck accessories and avatar cosmetics featuring Chikorita, Totodile, and Tepig! Plus, more special deck accessories and avatar items will be available in the shop.
Build & Battle lovers rejoice! Pokémon TCG Live is introducing casual Build & Battle Mode experiences designed to help new and returning players jump into competitive play. From June 18 to July 2, 2026, players can play with cards from Mega Evolution—Phantasmal Flames, and from July 3 to July 16, 2026, they can battle with Mega Evolution. This new feature is a great way to get acquainted with the Pokémon TCG, so be sure to try it out!
Deckbuilding is now easier than ever. More improvements are coming to the Deck Editor, encouraging players to build, edit, and experiment with their decks. This update features some highly requested changes, including:

A new deck statistics display, allowing you to see win-loss counts and calculated win rates for each of your decks.

Deck validator improvements, including updated icons and detailed information about why a deck is invalid in a format or why specific cards are causing deck import errors.

A single “Exchange All” button that allows you to swap Trade Credits to craft unowned cards when importing a new deck list, saving time and doing away with repetitive actions.
