Soften up tough guy. Capricorn, there is no shame in choosing softness. There is no shame in admitting that you need and crave for rest. There is no shame in honouring the cycle of life you are currently in. If your body or mind doesn’t support it, it simply means that perhaps that hamsterwheel life is not for you now. Notice the energy levels your body and mind feel around certain people, in certain tasks, after certain foods and perhaps even in certain environments.
