Punawale gains ground as Pune’s next housing hotspot amid infrastructure push
According to industry estimates, in Punawale average residential rates currently remain around Rs 9,709 per square feet, depending on the project and specifications. This remains lower than neighbouring Hinjawadi and Wakad, where residential prices have crossed Rs 11,290–Rs 11,725 per square feet in many projects.
