As expected, Florentino Perez has won the Real Madrid Presidential elections, which, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, will potentially increase Juventus’ chances of signing Brahim Diaz this summer.
Juventus have made Brahim Diaz one of their primary targets for the 2026 summer transfer window.
Gazzetta: Brahim Diaz a priority for Spalletti
According to Gazzetta, the Morocco international is the priority attacking midfield target for coach Luciano Spalletti, who is desperate to add more quality to the Old Lady in the final third.
According to the report, Florentino Perez remaining the Real Madrid president is definitely good news for the Bianconeri, as Perez has already announced a €150m deal for a big summer signing, presumably in attack, which would further reduce Brahim’s playing time at the Bernabeu.

Even Nico Paz is expected to return from a two-season spell at Como, further increasing the competition for a starting spot in the final third in the Spanish capital.
Gazzetta, however, highlights that Juventus have no agreement with either Real Madrid or the player, who seems in no rush to discuss the future.

Brahim will be one of Morocco’s stars at the World Cup, and if he impresses during the competition, Juventus will likely see even more clubs join the race for his signature.
Juventus will reshape their attack in the 2026-27 campaign and are also in talks with centre-forwards Alexander Sorloth and Randal Kolo Munai.
