In photos posted by the celebrity gossip blog DeuxMoi, the couple was photographed walking around NYC in casual evening wear. The 38-year-old actress wore black-and-white polka dot pants, a cream top, a burgundy leather jacket, and black Christian Louboutin open-toe heels. She accessorized with a gold watch and a black Fendi purse.
Reynolds, 49, donned a peach long-sleeve button-down shirt with a white top underneath. He paired his look with tan pants, white sneakers, and topped off his ensemble with a watch and bracelets.
During their stroll, the Gossip Girl actress hitched a piggyback ride from her husband. They also stopped to pose for pictures with fans and indulged in PDA. In one snap, Lively affectionally touched Reynold’s backside.

Lively and Reynolds have been married since 2012 and share four children: James, Inez, Betty, and Olin.
In a previous interview with WWD, Lively discussed her relationship with the Deadpool star.
“We talk shop all the time,” she said. “We really are partners in everything, but just because we’re best friends…Our family is something we are eternally trying to figure out how to do better.”
She also added that the actor provides input regarding her business decisions.
“He’s been my male tester for all of my fragrances, my formulas, my everything,” she said. “He’s always stealing them from me. [He is] somebody who I rely on for every facet of the business and my life. Nothing I do is without him.”

Before their outing in New York, Lively and Reynolds’s last public date night was on March 7, when they attended the Emirates FA Cup in Wrexham, Wales. The couple was photographed hugging as they watched the soccer match.
Lively, though, made a solo appearance at the Met Gala on May 4, 2026. For the occasion, she wore an archival Versace dress.
“They Met-ified it by adding a big beautiful train,” Lively said on the red carpet. “It’s a piece from 2006. It looks like a sunrise and a sunset.”
