Here are the detailed patch notes for Apex Legends Season 29:

New Legend: Axle (Skirmisher)

  • Tactical – NITRO GATE: Deploys a speed gate that sends anyone through it into a boosted, high-velocity slide for up to five seconds – affects both teammates and enemies
  • Ultimate – KICKSTART: Fires an enemy-seeking drone that tracks targets, launches them into the air on detonation, briefly stuns them, and leaves them exposed
  • Level 2 Upgrades: Second Tactical charge or second Ultimate charge
  • Level 3 Upgrades: Jump Gate (adds a double-jump to Nitro Gate) or Sliding Shooter (bullets fired while sliding pull from inventory instead of magazine)

New Gameplay Systems

  • Deathbox Respawns: Revive teammates directly at their deathbox in 7 seconds – loud and visible to enemies, but respawned players automatically recover unlooted gear; a lockout timer increases with each death
