There’s a newish nepo baby in town, and he is suddenly very tall. On Wednesday night, Anna Faris popped up for the premiere of Scary Movie 6 at the Paramount Theatre in L.A. At her side was her 13-year-old son, Jack, whom she shares with her ex, Chris Pratt. Naturally, Jack looks pretty different from the very small fry with big glasses we saw nine years ago, when he last made a public appearance with his mom.
Jack strutted down the step-and-repeat in a sharp navy suit, white button-up, and squeaky-clean white sneakers. He also wore dark-lensed sunglasses, which I find very cool. The teenager cracked a big smile next to his mom, who wore a sparkly black cutout gown and looked altogether thrilled to be out with her son. Faris was also accompanied by her second husband, Michael Barrett, whom she married in 2021, and his kids, Dashiell and Margot.
Faris, who made her film breakthrough in the Scary Movie franchise when she was just 22, tied the knot with Pratt in 2009, nine years after the first film came out. They welcomed Jack, their only child, in 2012. After eight years of marriage, the couple filed for divorce in 2017; a few months later, Faris began dating Barrett after working together on the film Overboard. In 2020, Faris’s Mom co-star Allison Janney accidentally announced the pair’s engagement, and they later eloped at a courthouse in Washington State. And they all look amped to be supporting Faris. How’s that for a happy ending?
