You may have noticed in the “Deals” section of the Microsoft Store app on your Xbox console this week that a new “Buy 1, Get 2 Free” sale has begun, featuring hundreds of indie games that you might be interested in picking up.
Like most of these BOGOF-style deals, it’s not particularly cost effective for a lot of the games – most have received significant individual discounts in the past, so you could save a bit more by waiting for their prices to drop again.
However, even if you’re paying $19.99 for a game and getting two for free, that’s not the worst offer in the world! Just keep in mind that you pay for the most expensive one, and it’s the cheaper titles that are discounted to $0.00.
