Renault Boreal –

Renault Boreal is the 7-seater version of the Duster. The model is expected to launch by start or mid of 2027, considering it is the next model to be launched after Duster. Pricing-wise, the Boreal will be priced between Rs 17 lakh and Rs 28 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Boreal being a 7-seater, will be much longer than the Duster accommodating 3rd row passengers. In terms of features, the Boreal will likely borrow most of them from its sibling, the Duster. It include a 10.2-inch touchscreen, 10.25-inch fully digital driver’s display, auto AC, ventilated front seats, powered tailgate, 6 airbags, level 2 ADAS suite and more.

Just like the Duster, the Boreal will be powered by a 1.0-litre turbo petrol (102bhp & 160Nm), a 1.3-litre turbo petrol (160bhp & 280Nm) and a 1.8-litre petrol hybrid engine (163bhp & 172Nm).

Renault Bridger is the compact SUV from the brand, called as the ‘mini Duster’. The model is expected to launch in India in 2027. That said, we expect the price of this SUV to range between Rs 9 lakh and Rs 15 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). It is likely said to launch after the 7-seater version of Duster reaches India.

One of the key highlights of the model will be its high fuel-efficiency. It is expected to use the 1.2-litre petrol-hybrid engine that is currently being worked on by the brand. With this engine, the model is expected to deliver nearly 30 kmpl.
