2027 KTM 450 Rally Replica revealed, limited to 100 units

KTM has taken the wraps off the 2027 450 Rally Replica, a near race-spec customer rally machine derived directly from the brand’s Dakar Rally-winning motorcycle.

• Limited to just over 100 units globally
• 449.3cc single-cylinder, 6-speed engine
• Dakar-derived chassis and rally hardware
• 35-litre fuel capacity with multi-tank setup
• Luciano Benavides Factory Edition limited to 8 units

Global production will be limited to just over 100 units, with an even more exclusive Luciano Benavides Factory Edition restricted to only eight examples.

At its core is a 449.3cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke SOHC engine paired with a 6-speed transmission and managed by Kokusan EMS. KTM has not released official power or torque figures, but the setup mirrors the mechanical philosophy of its factory rally programme. The bike also features a titanium Akrapovi? exhaust and rally-specific gearing.

Built around a chrome-molybdenum steel frame, the 450 Rally Replica uses a self-supporting rear fuel tank subframe design for weight efficiency and durability. Suspension duties are handled by fully adjustable WP XACT components, offering 304mm of front travel and 280mm at the rear.

Purpose-built for endurance rallying, the motorcycle features a substantial 35-litre fuel capacity through its multi-tank setup, along with spoked wheels with aluminium rims, dual radiators, rally footpegs, and a carbon-fibre navigation tower for digital roadbook systems. Braking hardware includes a 300mm front disc and 240mm rear disc.

The Luciano Benavides Factory Edition celebrates the rider’s 2026 Dakar victory with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing livery, exclusive carbon components, Michelin rally tyres with mousse inserts, and a numbered collector’s badge. Owners also receive a VIP handover experience at the KTM Adventure Rally in Italy.

Designed specifically for rally raid competition, the KTM 450 Rally Replica competes in the specialist off-road rally segment alongside machines such as the Honda CRF450RX Rally, Hero 450 Rally, and Husqvarna’s rally platforms.
