As part of a JV, the company has won an order from the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board to develop a transmission network for the Greater Chennai City.
The JV will establish the city-wise water grid platform.
It has classified the order as a “mega” one, which means that the order size is worth ₹1,000 crore, taking the overall order book size past ₹16,300 crore.
The stock had opened 3% higher, but is currently trading with gains of 1.6% at ₹1,246.4.
Bajel Projects
The company has informed the exchanges that it has won an order worth ₹700 crore from the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd. (MSETCL).
The contract is on an EPC basis for power transmission lines and sub-station works.
The stock is trading 10% higher in early trading on Friday at ₹153.42.
Tejas Networks
The Tata Group enterprise has received a purchase order to supply its 4G RAN solutions for a mobile network in South Asia.
As a part of the order, Tejas’s 4G multiband radio products will be deployed at multiple locations across the mobile operator’s network.
Shares of Tejas Networks are trading with gains of 6.2% at ₹450.6.
Data Patterns
The company has won an order from the Indian Metrological Department (IMD) for the supply of 32 units of Doppler Weather Radars.
The execution timeline for the same has not been disclosed. The said order is worth ₹288 crore.
The stock has given up its opening gains, currently trading 2% lower at ₹3,154.3.
SEAMEC
The company-led consortium, along with Supreme Hydro, has received an order for hiring of operation & maintenance (O&M) services for ONGC-owned MSV “Samudra Sevak” for 2026-2028.
Tenure for the order is for 738 days and will commence within 60 days from the date of the NoA.
Value of the total contract is said to be ₹411 crore.
The stock has also given up opening gains, currently trading 1% higher at ₹1,340.
Other companies that have won orders include RailTel, which has won an order worth ₹34 crore from the South Central Railway, Dilip Buildcon has emerged as the lowest bidder for a ₹160 crore EPC road project, and Newgen Software, which has bagged a ₹20.5 crore order form Kuwait.
While shares of RailTel are down 2.5%, those of Dilip Buildcon are also trading with losses of 2.2%. Newgen Software’s shares are trading with gains of around 2% at ₹450.2.
