InterGlobe Aviation | The parent of IndiGo, remained in focus after state-owned fuel retailers raised aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices by around 10% and introduced a new price stabilisation mechanism. The hike, which takes ATF prices in Delhi to ₹115 per litre from ₹104.93 per litre earlier, is expected to increase operating costs for airlines, with fuel being one of the largest components of their expenditure.

OMC Sector | State-owned oil marketing companies have raised aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices by 10% while introducing a long-term price stabilisation mechanism for airlines. Under the new framework, carriers can opt to lock in ATF prices for up to three years, helping reduce exposure to volatile global crude oil prices and bringing greater certainty to fuel costs, which form a significant portion of airline operating expenses.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals, about 1.9% of the company’s equity, for roughly ₹612 crore. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund bought the same number of shares at an average price of ₹1,700 per share, making it the apparent counterparty to the transaction.

NLC India | The government on Tuesday said it has exercised the oversubscription option in the ongoing offer for sale (OFS) of NLC India, increasing the stake sale size to 3% from the initially proposed 2%. With this move, the total offer size has risen to 4.16 crore shares, representing 3% of the company’s paid-up equity share capital as of March 31, 2026.
