Music composer Palash Muchhal and Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana have been in the news after their wedding was postponed earlier this week. The wedding was postponed after the Indian cricketer’s father took ill during the pre-wedding celebrations and had to be admitted to hospital. However, speculation began after Smriti removed all wedding posts and videos from social media and Palash returned to Mumbai on Sunday from Sangli where the events were taking place. Now, RJ Mahvash has taken a sly dig at the situation on social media, while joking about men cheating. She is the rumoured girlfriend of cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal.
Taking to her Instagram handle on Wednesday, the content creator said, “Mard bhi badi pyaari cheez hote hain… Jab pucho single hi hote hain (Men are great… they are always single).”

She further added, “Dekho bhai, mujhe sach aur jhooth nahi pata but meri shaadi ke waqt na main apna dhola na kar rahi hun Internet pe ek hafta phele launch… Aur mera wala jiske bhi DM mein suhagraat bana raha ho na, girls aake mujhe bata dena… Yeh mat sochana ke shaadi ho rahi hai ab toh kaise tute gai, yeh toh uspe trust karti hogi… Nahi main duniya mein kissi pe bhi trust nahi karti. Ab main kissi ke liye yeh nahi keh paati ke yeh banda aisa kar hi nahi sakta. Koi bhi kuch bhi kar sakta hai. Tum uske DM public kardena ya toh mujhe de dena main public kar dungi… Agar Snapchat pe ho toh dosre phone se bana lena… Bacha lena dostun… Please girls tumhare hawale watan saathiyun.”
RJ Mahvash’s Instagram post instantly received a lot of attention on social media, many also slammed her for being insensitive about someone’s personal life. “How tf are people getting so insensitive these days? joking on such things, calling it tea for their own entertainment especially when she has literally represented our country and got us a world cup,” a person wrote. “She’s a horrible person and this tells that,” one wrote. Another shared, “200% needs to get cancelled!!!! Like who the F in their right mind would make a video like this. So cheap,” a user commented.
Palash and Smriti’s wedding postponement
Palash Muchhal and Smriti Mandhana were set to get married on November 23. However, their wedding was postponed amid health concerns of Smriti’s father, and later on, the groom-to-be himself. While there has been a lot of speculation about the reason for the postponement. However, the couple hasn’t released any official statements so far.
