Real Madrid could offer €150 million for Julián Álvarez -report
Atlético de Madrid’s Julián Álvarez is the latest name linked to Real Madrid’s €150 million offer. Los Blancos are interested in the attacker and he could very well be on the team’s radar, according to a report from Sky Sports later echoed on MARCA and AS.
Atlético will almost certainly reject Real Madrid’s offer, even if €150 million is good value for the Argentinian attacker. As a matter of fact, Julián’s fit in Real Madrid’s offense would be somewhat questionable, given that he’s comfortable in the center of the attacking line, just like Kylian Mbappé. It would make much more sense for Real Madrid to find a pure right-winger like Michael Olise whose fit would be seamless.
Either way, Florentino Pérez said in his interview that he would send the €150 million offer on Tuesday, so more reports about it will likely be published this week.
