OnePlus is preparing to unveil the OnePlus 15T, the next device in its compact flagship T-series, later this month in China. The smartphone is expected to arrive in India in the coming months, possibly under the name OnePlus 15s.
The upcoming handset is positioned as a more affordable alternative to the flagship OnePlus 15, while still offering high-end specifications such as a powerful chipset, fast display, and large battery. Early leaks suggest the device will focus on a smaller form factor without sacrificing flagship performance.
Compact Design vs Bigger Display
The OnePlus 15T is expected to feature a 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with ultra-thin 1.1 mm bezels and a refresh rate of up to 165Hz. The compact size could appeal to users who prefer easier one-hand usage.

In comparison, the OnePlus 15 offers a larger display, making it more suitable for multimedia consumption and productivity tasks.
Processor
Both smartphones are expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on a 3nm architecture. The processor is designed to deliver flagship-level performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI-driven tasks.
The OnePlus 15T is tipped to offer 12GB or 16GB RAM and storage options going up to 1TB UFS 4.0, similar to the flagship model.

Battery capacity could be one of the biggest highlights of the OnePlus 15T, with reports suggesting a 7,500 mAh battery paired with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
If accurate, this would make it larger than the battery in the OnePlus 15, potentially delivering up to two days of usage under moderate conditions.
Software and Connectivity
The device is expected to run **OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 and support modern connectivity features such as Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and USB-C.
Expected Price in India
While the company has not officially confirmed pricing, industry leaks suggest the OnePlus 15T base variant could launch between ₹60,000 and ₹65,000 in India.
The OnePlus 15, by comparison, currently starts at around ₹72,999, positioning the 15T as a more affordable flagship alternative.
