Megan Fox has shared another risqué photoshoot, and once again, it’s her ex Machine Gun Kelly who seems to be feeling the heat.
The Transformers actor dropped a second series of pictures on Instagram on Tuesday (March 10), with her striking a suggestive and scantily clad pose that sent her millions of fans into a frenzy.
Fox, 39, disappeared from the platform around a year ago as she welcomed her fourth child, Saga Blade Fox-Baker, her first with musician Machine Gun Kelly (MGK). She had even deleted all of her posts to her 20 million followers.
But her triumphant return this week, crawling on all fours in little more than a pair of boots, left many in the comments positively salivating – including her now former fiancé MGK, who couldn’t help but leave a thirsty response.

The smitten celebrity couple broke up in late 2024, just weeks after they announced that they were having a baby together.
Neither of the pair have spoken in detail about their split, but if MGK’s comments are anything to go by, they appear to still be talking.
Underneath Fox’s racy photoshoot, which comes from photographer Cibelle Levi (@cibellelevi), the actor fittingly wrote ‘love was the most savage monster of all’.

Then, her musician ex made a flirty joke about his former flame’s sizzling appearance.
“Stoked we had a baby,” he commented below the saucy set of pictures, which was actually a callback to Fox’s first post back on Instagram seven days ago.
“Everything is more beautiful because we are doomed,” Fox had said as she shared a picture in just a top, a thong, and some weed-themed platform stilettos, quickly gaining 6.7 million likes.

“Stoked i have your phone number,” was MGK’s quick-witted reply to Fox’s first post on March 3.
The photos are a reminder that Fox has been modelling since she was 13 years old, winning several awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention
Aged 14, she was getting work as a catalogue model at the same time as she was first dipping her toe into acting.
Since then she’s been a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, as well as gracing the covers of Maxim, Rolling Stone and FHM.
Throughout her career, Fox has often been dubbed a ‘sex symbol’, and she has a complicated relationship with this term.

The actor said of the label on the Call Her Daddy podcast: “I’ve never been particularly attached to that. I think it adds pressure to a girl who has body dysmorphia and didn’t really ever see herself that way.
“And the things that I thought were my strengths – like my mind, my intelligence, or my sense of humor – those things are not acknowledged.
“And instead, I’m being acknowledged for something that I don’t identify with or as.”
Opening up on her body dysmorphia, Fox said: “I’ve had body dysmorphia since I was probably five. I can remember sitting in the back of my sister’s car looking at my legs being like, ‘I have such fat thighs.’
“When I would look in the mirror as a child, I was like, that’s not me. That never felt like me. Nothing about that face, the hair, the skin color, the body.”

Their romance begins
The pair are said to have met for the first time when filming the crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020. A few months later, they were then spotted together in California.

Their romance appeared on-screen when Fox made an appearance in MGK’s music video for ‘Bloody Valentine’. And by July 2020, she was calling him a ‘twin flame’.
She then debuted the relationship on 5 August with the caption: “Achingly Beautiful Boy… My heart is yours.”
The pair get engaged
After dating for over a year, MGK pulled out an engagement ring in 2022, and they announced the news on Instagram.
“I know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love. 1-11-2022.” the rapper said the unique ring choice.

Rumors of blood-drinking rituals
After having ‘said yes’ to MGK’s proposal, she revealed: “And then we drank each other’s blood.”
A few months later, the star clarified this, confirming the pair were in fact drinking each other’s blood for ‘ritual purposes’.
“So, I guess to ‘drink’ each other’s blood might mislead people or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like Game of Thrones, drinking each other’s blood,” she told Glamour. “It’s just a few drops, but yes, we do consume each other’s blood on occasion for ritual purposes only.”
Fox announces her pregnancy
After the couple confirmed they had experienced a miscarriage in 2023, the pair announced they were expecting a child together.
Fox wrote on Instagram: “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” using a lyric from MGK’s song about their miscarriage, ‘last November.”
Speculation of a break up
Rumours began once again at the end of 2024 the couple had split up, with a source then telling PEOPLE in January that Fox was ‘done with him now’.
But MGK said within hours: “How can ‘sources say’ when the sources haven’t said anything.”
MGK’s rhetorical question seemed to suggest that speculation about him and Fox being estranged isn’t exactly accurate.
They welcome their daughter
MGK shared that the former couple had welcomed their baby as he wrote on Instagram: “She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed. 3/27/25.”
A source told PEOPLE that the pair will be co-parenting together: “Whatever issues they have, Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting. Right now they’re amicable.”
They also suggested that people wouldn’t be surprised ‘if they gave their relationship another try’ further in the future.
“But right now they’re focused on what’s best for their daughter,” they added.
