Mega Power Star Ram Charan is set to entertain audiences with the sports action drama Peddi, which is scheduled to release on April 30. After completing this film, the star actor will shift his focus to his next project with director Sukumar, tentatively titled RC17.
At the trailer launch event of Mrithyunjay, Sukumar’s associate director, Hussain Sha Kiran, stated that the team was developing two stories for the biggie. This created a dilemma among Charan fans, who feared that the film might take a long time to go on floors since the story itself wasn’t locked yet.
However, Hussain Sha Kiran has now clarified that he mistakenly mentioned two stories instead of two versions, which led to the confusion. Sukumar usually gets his writers to work on multiple versions of the same story and later chooses the best one among them.
The story for RC17 is already locked, and fans need not worry about any delay. Mythri Movie Makers, the banner that also backed the blockbuster Rangasthalam starring Ram Charan and directed by Sukumar, will bankroll this project.
