Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is slated to hit the big screens on June 4. The film’s trailer is set to be unveiled on May 18. Meanwhile, speculation surrounding the movie’s runtime has been doing the rounds on social media over the past few days, with reports suggesting that the sports action drama could exceed the three-hour mark.
According to the latest buzz, Peddi is expected to have a runtime of around 3 hours and 10 minutes. In recent times, lengthy runtimes have become quite common for big-budget entertainers. However, official clarity on the film’s duration will come after the censor formalities are completed.
Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner, Peddi features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. The cast also includes Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyyendu Sharma, and Boman Irani in key roles, while AR Rahman is composing the music.
